Our Programs

The educational programs at Fountain Park Academy were created with our children’s needs in mind: to mature and develop in a safe yet stimulating environment. Take a look below to learn more about each program.

Baby

Infants

Our Infant Program is designed to stimulate infants cognitively through individual daily routines including physical development and health, language and literacy, and social emotional learning. Through our daily activities, we create an environment that enables an infant's brain to establish important relationships and develop concrete learning skills.

One's

Our one year old's follow a schedule that includes snacks, lunch, and naps at regular times each day. During play times, teachers offer several different play activities. These are designed to encourage children to explore the world of people and objects, and to experience the world directly with their bodies and through their senses. Our goal is for children to develop a love of learning and willingness to experiment. We also want to help children develop a sense of confidence in themselves and trust in other people.

Montessori Two's

Our Two's are actively seeking out information and have the ability to learn quickly and easily.  They have an interest in demonstrating independence. Our toddler classrooms allow them the freedom to learn as much as they can, as quickly as possible.  This is the time for children to explore and discover through active play, since children learn best by doing. In addition, our educators give toddlers responsive, individualized attention to help build skills in sensory, language, physical and motor skills, and social and emotional growth.

Three's

Our Three and Four Year Old Classrooms focus on building a strong academic foundation and inspiring of a love for learning in young children. Music and singing, outside play, art, science and reading comprise the daily activities. During these important years, our curriculum builds a strong basis for both reading and writing and math concepts. Your child will bring home art projects and activity sheets to provide you with information about your child's learning progress.
